At our boutique resort, dining is not just a meal—it’s a connective and cultural experience.
Our local Fijian Kitchen Team have lived and worked in kitchens on Taveuni for many years and love to create new and exciting dishes to satisfy all tastes. The Team will also create traditional Fijian fare such as Kokoda - a traditional Fijian Fish dish marinated in coconut milk - also delicious spicy curries and vegetarian options for the health conscious.
