Our whole family aged 2 to 40 enjoyed this low key tour (chosen for minimal walking). We weren't able to interact much with the school children as they were having exams (but they don't owe us attention). Delicious meal with our host and kava and traditional crafts demonstrated by local ladies in a local village and informative drive through the farming valleys near Sigatoka. Our kids loved the coconut chopping demo. Expect to be asked for a cash donation by the village ladies, we were glad we had guessed this might happen. We didn't make it to the sand dunes but our guide stopped at a supermarket at our request. Agree with previous reviewer to bring snacks. We wanted to support a locally owned business and this definitely fit the bill and was much cheaper than bigger outfits with similar offering.

We can recommend the tour. Easy contact via WhatsApp. Booking and pick up worked. It is very authentic. You visit local places and eat in the village of the guide. The cruise is cute and slow. The price is good. The company is owned by locals. Lunch is quite late, so it is good to take some snacks with you.

If you are after an authentic and fun activity for your family this is the one. We appreciated the personal exchanges and care from our guide Kelea, he was great. The kayaking was relatively short across the Sigatoka River but the walk to the caves was really nice, interacting with locals along the way and the caves were so interesting and cool. We were then privileged to have lunch at Kelea’s village and the food provided by Via (and Miss Kiri) was exceptional. Vinaka vaka levu for opening up your home and family to us.
